Sloe-Groni – Drinks Aisle Style!
Sloe gin is great for autumn and winter months. The process for sloe gin production begins in autumn when sloe berries are picked and left to sit in London Dry Gin.
Year-on-year, the harvests vary due to the unpredictable British weather. Therefore, every vintage has its own wonderfully unique character.
Think of sloe gin as Britain's answer to limoncello, sensationally sippable in a whole host of gin cocktails, adding a dose of berry sweetness.
Our favourite cocktail is a sloe-groni as, at 29%, the sloe gin makes the traditional negroni more approachable to drinkers who value their liver!
